Dr. Wilder Rose (DSOM, L.Ac.)

As an artist and musician, Wilder views their acupuncture practice as another form of creative expression, a honed craft for nurturing “life as art as medicine”. Their work is a collaboration with the body’s natural ability to restore, guided by deeply attuning and reflecting back with specific techniques the direction the body is asking to shift in order to alchemize to a more coherent equilibrium and more satisfying experience of embodiment. This is through an understanding of the body as a somatic ecosystem that is intimately intertwined with our outward environments and the world at large and a set of well loved treatment tools that WIlder uses to tailor each individual treatment to the song your body is singing today.

“You are a work of art born of nature. Your unique health challenges are a part of a dynamic web of interrelated parts, and it is with this lens that we can see the deeper roots of dis-ease in the body and gently unwind the tangles therein and support your body’s innate ability to restore itself.

This medicine of nurturing life serves to reconnect you with your own natural state of balance.

The beauty of nature is diversity. It is with this recognition that I work to be trauma informed through a social justice lens and provide inclusive care to all humans. Diversity of backgrounds, gender, body size and shape, neurological status— all spectrums are celebrated here.”

Morgan is an intuitive bodyworker and sensitive soul. She welcomes all those who are seeking support through transitional and transformational times, and holds a nurturing space for one’s healing to naturally unfold. Clients often find sessions to be relaxing, restorative, and though subtle may promote profound change. “My sessions involve a gentle approach, embodied listening to follow and flow with my client’s natural rhythms to encourage release of restrictions with respect to the body’s own pace. In this way, I find the innate healing potential can emerge from within someone and work its wise magic! My intention is to create a sanctuary with my presence where such healing can take place with ease and grace.” She weaves together her training in craniosacral therapy and myofascial release with the energetic support of Reiki and acupressure. Please do note that Morgan does not offer “regular massage”.

Having experienced chronic complex pain and illness since age 10 has encouraged her into an exploration of the vast field of healing arts beginning around 2011. Her study and practices of healing modalities include herbalism, bodywork, Taoist medical Qigong, Reiki, nutrition, meditation, music and art therapy. All these practices support her attunement to the natural world and subtle healing energies present in all life. She holds a holistic perspective of healing and would be happy to be a part of the wide web which supports you on your healing path.
